Cleaning Up!
Even though I love my gardening gloves there are times when you come in with dirty hands. And when my husband is working in the vineyard he’s guaranteed to need a good scrubbing.
Neither one of us has been very satisfied with using the liquid soaps we have at each sink for everyday washing. That’s when I started exploring options for post gardening and post vineyard work session clean ups.
Plain bar hand soap wasn’t working any better than liquid soaps and often required lathering up multiple times and a good scrubbing before either of us thought our hands felt really clean. So I started exploring options and found Amish Farms Handmade Bar Soap.
With this soap, which is made from all natural ingredients, one lathering does the trick — with no scrubbing. Plus it’s pretty inexpensive and the bars are BIG — it’s going to last for a long time.
I’ve yet to try this as a shampoo but I do intend to try that next.
Although there are some negative reviews on the Amazon site about the soap we’ve had not problems with it and I love it for my (very) sensitive skin as well as it’s cleaning properties and neutral scent. However I urge you to read all the reviews before you buy.
